Testimonials

  • Danielle Pitt

“My kids have been doing karate with Adam for the last 6 years and hopefully achieving their junior black belt at the end of this year !! and after 6 years on the sidelines Of watching my kids participate. I have only just started attending his cardio sessions 3 weeks ago after having surgery on my knee August last year ( and not been back to basketball at all and doing very little) and I have seen a massive improvement in my fitness and body shape in such a small time. Bring it on Adam I love the classes and the friends it brings along with it.”

  • Paul Metcalf

Our kids’ confidence has thrived under Adam’s coaching and leadership. His 25+ years of experience as a high school PE teacher shines through in every class - his coaching style is the perfect mix of “soft-when-they-need-it” but also “a-little-hard-when-they-need-it”, and through that he’s able to pick the right approach for each kid in the circumstances. Whether it’s the shy type (like ours), or the exuberant energy filled spectrum kid, Adam works well with anyone and everyone. The classes include all sorts of kids, across a broad range of ages, special needs, cultures, energy, and engagement levels - and Adam differentiates his approach and gets the most out of all of them. With our kids currently white belts, we’re at the start of our journey with Adam - but already we can see that he’s exactly the sort of mentor we’d wish our children to learn from, and we’re looking forward to many more years of working with him on that.

You should come and check him out for yourself
